COVID-19 Vaccine Availability Update - For Medical Office Staff – Priority Group – 1A
All sites are by appointment only

San Francisco County
  • Chinese Hospital – ($50 Administration Fee) – Per Person Per Dose - Available only for office staff that works under a physician who is part of the Chinese Hospital Medical Staff
  • UCSF - Also available to non-existing UCSF patients.
  • Kaiser – Please call 866-454-8855 (Toll-Free) to schedule an appointment – Also available to non-Kaiser members.
  • SF DPH - Matching health care workers and their staff to vaccination sites – Email: dph.doc.outpatientunit@sfdph.org and indicate how many staff members need to be vaccinated and a point of contact.
  • South of Market Health CenterContact Zeke Montejano, Director of Clinic Operations to schedule an appointment.
  • North East Medical Services (Chinatown/Sunset/Portola)Contact Kenneth Tai, MD to schedule an appointment. Please indicate how many people need to be vaccinate.
  • Mass Vaccination Site at City College (Run by UCSF and Dignity Health) – Available to healthcare workers live or work in SF County
  • Mass Vaccination Site at Mascone Center (Run by Kaiser) – Available to health care workers live or work in SF County
  • Mass Vaccination Site at SF State (Run by Safeway Pharmacy) – Available to health care workers live or work in SF County
San Mateo County All Bay Area Counties
  • Sutter Health - administered at various vaccination sites around the Bay Area. Must have a my health online account - Also available to non-existing Sutter Health patients.

  • Chinese Hospital – Now vaccinating patients 65 and older (Existing Patients Only). Please call 1-628-228-2828 to schedule an appointment.
  • UCSF – Now vaccinating patients 75 and older (Existing Patients Only). Appointment made via Mychart.
  • SF DPH – People who live and work in San Francisco can sign up for vaccine notification at www.sf.gov/vaccinenotify for latest up to date information on where to be vaccinated and for which priority groups.
  • Mass Vaccination Site at City College Run by UCSF and Dignity Health) – Available to residents of San Francisco 65 and older.
  • Mass Vaccination Site at Mascone Center (Run by Kaiser) – Available to residents of San Francisco 65 and older.
  • Mass Vaccination Site at SF State (Run by Safeway Pharmacy) – Available to residents of San Francisco 65 and older.

All Bay Area Counties
